SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

Items in stock can take from 7-14 business days to ship out. Smaller items will ship much sooner (in a few days) while larger items may take longer. We will confirm delivery times once your order is processed and let you know when to expect your order.

If you need the order by a specific date,  please contact us before purchasing and we will try to make it happen.

 

BACKORDER POLICY

Occasionally some larger items are not held in stock and will be on backorder where they are shipped from the manufacturer overseas. These can take a few weeks to a few months depending on the item. In these cases, we will provide you with an estimate on delivery times at the time you place your order and make every effort to expedite your order.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Be sure to report any damage to the carrier.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All parts must be in their original condition and appearance for exchange.

Change of mind or wrongly ordered items will not be covered under the return/exchange policy. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have ordered the correct item for their car and make. Exchanges and refunds are on a case by case basis.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

If you have a concern about a return/exchange, please contact us with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Item/SKU
  • Date of purchase
  • Indicate whether you are looking to return or exchange

Once we have received your return/exchange request, we will issue an RMA number and give the mailing address for returns. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns/exchanges must be postage paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns/exchanges must be properly packaged. We are not responsible for damaged items as a result of improper packaging.
